Bozeman's famous Sweet Pea Festival kicks off each year on the first Friday, Saturday and Sunday of August. A Bozeman staple for over 35 years, the festival shines with a colorful variety of events including Montana Shakspeare in the Parks, the Sweet Pea Parade on main street, multiple stages featuring music of many genres and local theater and dance troupes, over 100 arts and crafts vendors, a beer and wine garden featuring Montana microbrews, and many tantalizing multi-national food vendors.
